We have all seen the serials crisis continue for the past 25 years or more, and we librarians have taken few effective actions to correct the crisis. Indeed, librarians have allowed ourselves to be dominated by publishers, faculty and university administrators and the crisis has deepened. We propose bold, revolutionary leadership from librarians to preserve global access to research and information.
