While there is no “I” in team, there is an “I” in supervisor. How do we make this “I” represent an inclusive culture, rather than an inquisition? This panel will explore this question and panelists will discuss strategies for “leveling up” inclusion in our supervisory practices in the library. Four librarians with varied levels of supervisory experience, and from different types of libraries, will share their strategies for responsive and caring leadership.
