Demonstrating impact and value is a recurring theme in libraries.  But what do assessment and outreach efforts look like in a technical services environment?  How can we relay the importance and impact of work that is typically done "behind the scenes"?  This session will survey and demonstrate open source, freely available tools to help technical services units assess their work, collect and analyze data, create infographics, and visually demonstrate  impact on the library and their patrons.
