When librarians were asked to focus more of their time on research and creative activity and increase the number of products that result, a research retreat was held to introduce the change.  A survey was distributed to gather data from attendees about responses to the retreat. Initial analysis of results indicated an overall positive experience of the retreat with many recommendations for workshops to gain desired experience and skills. Further research and data collection is planned.
